LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu—A Chinese woman was arrested by Customs police at the Mactan Cebu International Airport shortly before noon on Wednesday after she was allegedly caught bringing in four kilos of shabu. 
 
Zhou Liming, 27, was brought inside the Customs Office at the MCIA where she was to undergo interrogation. 
 
She arrived at 11:30 a.m. from Xiamen, China through Hong Kong on board a Cathay Pacific flight with one light blue trolley bag. 
 
While passengers were lining up at the x-ray machine at the arrival area, Olibert Estillore, K-9 officer of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, noticed Zhou looking so uneasy and kept going to the toilet. 
 
When it was her turn, X-ray machine operator Haron Paragona of the Bureau of Customs, detected several packs inside her light blue trolley bag. 
 
Zhou was asked to step aside as Customs personnel Ronor Alinsug and Albert Barliso inspected her bag and found several female dresses inside. 
 
Alinsug and Barliso, however, noticed that there was a glossy plywood that served a compartment in her luggage. 
 
Zhou looked pale when the two officers found several packs after destroying the compartment. The two K-9 dogs immediately sat after sniffing on the packs, indicating that these contained illegal drugs. 
 
The woman burst into tears and was shaking when told that she had to be detained for bringing in illegal drugs into the country. 
 
When the contents were tested, the Customs examiners found that the white powdery substance was methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu. 
 
The packs of shabu weighed 4.51 kilos which the PDEA pegged to be worth P6 million. 
Jay Oyao, MCIA Customs officer-in-charge, said they were waiting for an interpreter to determine Zhou’s background and her contact in Cebu because the woman could only speak Mandarin. 
 
But based on her passport, he said Zhou had been in the Philippines thrice.

According to the experiment conducted, addiction were caused by the cage people is into. Meaning, the lifestyle that people is living or the sorroundings that they got from their day-to-day life. 
 
It's like a diversion for depressed people, lonely people and broken people. Some people went into addiction to sex, gambling, games and stuff, but they literaly are the same person who needs to get out of their current lives and go into the whole new diffent world where they do not carry that burden anymore. 
 
These people do not need critics from others, they need understanding.

EXCLUSIVE: SWAT member caught in the act of using drugs

CEBU - A member of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) group in Cebu was arrested after he was caught in the act of using illegal drugs during a buy-bust in Toledo City, Cebu. 
 
Cebu Provincial Police Director Senior Superintendent Clifford Gairanod confirmed that Bogo SWAT member PO2 Ronjie Nadora, 36, was not only a drug user but also a drug protector. 
 
Gairanod said Nadora has been included in the watch list of police officers engaged in illegal drugs. 
 
He said they received reports from concerned citizens that Nadora served as an escort in the delivery of illegal drugs to the house of a certain Neil Enriquez to make sure that it will arrive safely. 
 
Nadora was arrested during the buy-bust operation against Enriquez, 38, in Sitio Harag, Barangay Talavera, Toledo City. 
 
Enriquez was the subject of the police operation.According to Gairanod, Enriquez was wearing a SWAT shirt with the name of Nadora when caught by the police inside the house of the subject, together with the SWAT officer. 
 
Aside from the two, Richard Flores, 30, and Nanding Abella, 23, were also arrested for allegedly using drugs with Nadora. 
 
Recovered from the suspects were a .357 revolver with four live ammunitions, an improvised shotgun with four live ammunitions and 19 small sachets believed to contain shabu. 
 
Nadora is an active member of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and assigned in Bogo City as part of SWAT, right after he was relieved from Naga City in Cebu. 
 
The arrested police officer will be facing violation of Section 6 of RA 9165 for visiting a drug den. Nadora will also be facing administrative charges. 
 
Enriquez and the rest will also be charged Section 11 and 12 of RA 9165. 
 
Meanwhile, Gairanod added that there are still other police officers in the watch list of Cebu Provincial Police Officer who are under surveillance.

The identity of the said man is unknown, but surely, to whom who first uploaded this video got some serious balls for exposing this man's activity. 
 
According to the law, the use of prohibited drugs may be injected, chewed, smoked, sniffed, ate, swallowed, drunk, or any form of introducing it into the physiological system of the body. 
 
Clearly, this man does it, he even shows the amount of the drugs he is using. According to the law, drug users are brought to a rehabilitaion center if personally submit themselves, or has been found out positive of using drugs. 
 
Well this man is like submiting himself, but for arresting. Or maybe, he will be facing other cases for making himself public and maybe viewed by so many minor-aged citizen.

CITY OF MALOLOS—Policemen appear to have become targets of a wave of vigilantism across the country. 
 
The body of PO3 Michael Lee Manalad of the Malolos police was found on Thursday morning on a grassy knoll in the City of Meycauayan, strapped with the sign, “Pulis na pusher ’wag tularan (This policeman is a pusher. Do not emulate).” 
 
Manalad was in uniform when residents found him in Ubihan village at 12:47 a.m. His pockets contained sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride). 
 
A native of Basilan province, Manalad served in the mobile patrol unit of the Malolos police. 
 
Police said they had yet to establish whether the attack on Manalad was a fallout from President Duterte’s disclosure at the Clark Freeport that five police “generals” were suspected protectors of drug syndicates. 
 
Manalad’s family has asked for privacy while the police undertake an investigation of the murder. No official complaint has reached the Malolos police linking Manalad to illegal drugs, according to Supt. Arwin Tadeo, city police chief. 
 
PNP list 
 
Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr., provincial police director, said Manalad was on the list of policemen who were under surveillance on suspicion of having ties to drug syndicates. He did not elaborate. 
But in a Wednesday radio interview here, Caramat urged policemen tied to the syndicates to turn themselves in “lest they become part of the statistics.” 
Also on Wednesday, Nicky Noel Villanueva, 40, was killed in a shootout with police in Pinaod village in San Ildefonso town. 
 
In Plaridel town, police killed Aldwin Salvador in a gunfight at El Highway Hotel in Tabang village during a buy-bust operation. His companion, Ahren Santos, surrendered. 
In Nueva Ecija province, the bodies of two women and a man were found in an irrigation canal in Llanera town. Their bodies were tied with wire and they were blindfolded. 
 
Police identified the three as Melda Trapalgal, 46, Alma Santos, 47, and Manuel Andres, 47, all of Talavera town. They were all listed on the town’s drug watch list, police said. 
In Bataan province, policemen shot dead two suspected drug dealers in a gunfight in Old San Jose village. 
 
In Zambales province on Tuesday, policemen killed a suspected drug dealer after a chase from Botolan town to Iba town. Police said Ryan Villanueva and another drug suspect tried to flee on a motorcycle following a buy-bust operation. Villanueva was killed  in an exchange of fire with the pursuing policemen, a report said. 
Pusher’s promise 
 
In Pangasinan province, a suspected drug dealer, who, a village official said, promised never to sell narcotics in Bonuan Gueset village in Dagupan City, was one of two men killed during a police buy-bust operation on June 23. 
 
Reynaldo Cornel surrendered to the Bonuan Gueset chair, Ricardo Mejia, on June 23, along with 100 suspected drug dealers and drug users. They promised not to be involved in the drug trade, Mejia said. 
 
Mejia, a former drug user, drew as many as 500 people to his program meant to encourage drug users and pushers to undergo rehabilitation and secure alternative livelihood projects. 
 
Cornel was with another suspect, Gerry Catungal, when the police conducted a buy-bust operation in Malasiqui town, said Supt. Cristopher Abrahano, Dagupan City police chief. 
 
Catungal was on the police drug watch list, police said.

“I WILL not allow these idiots to run their show, not during my watch.” 
With that stern warning, President Duterte on Thursday evening said he soon will name the mayors and politicians involved in the illegal drug trade. 
 
In a televised press briefing on state-run PTV4, Duterte showed a chart with the names of various local executives with links to drug lords and traffickers 
 
“Maraming mga mayor dito, they’re running the show,” he said, citing intelligence information. 
He said some of the mayors were from Mindanao, including a woman local executive. 
But the President said he was told by “intel people” not to disclose yet the names of the mayors. 
He advised politicians and individuals involved in the drug trade to “commit suicide” because they were humiliating the government and the people. 
 
“Talagang binabastos tayo ng mga drug people. They’re destroying the country. They’re destroying the youth of the land so my appeal to them is, since they are beyond their redemption, they can stop and commit suicide because I will not allow these idiots to run their show; not during my watch,” he said. 
 
Duterte identified the “top tier” drug lords in the country as Wu Tuan alias Peter Co, Peter Lim alias Jaguar and Herbert Colangco alias Ampang. 
He said Colangco is the son-in-law of Ozamiz City Mayor Aldong Parajinog. 
The President said Colangco was “connected with” Richard King who was killed in Davao City in June 2014. 
 
Colangco was among the Bilibid 19, a group of drug convicts living a luxurious lifestyle inside the national penitentiary. 
Duterte also accused retired Deputy General Marcelo Garbo of protecting drug lords and traffickers in the country.
