I Can Do That is a Filipino reality television entertainment competition program shown on ABS-CBN where celebrity contestants will be challenged to showcase various entertainment acts within one week of practice. These celebrities train hard for them to learn that stunts of their chosen acts.<br />
<br />
But now, a video of Daniel Matsunaga, one of the challengers of ‘I Can Do That’, went viral that also make netizens worried.<br />
<br />
He was hospitalized after a failed back flip attempt during his rehearsal that resulted a head injury. He supposedly land on the mattress which was shown in the video, with some staff to guide him. Unfortunately, he wrongly assessed his back flip and landed his face on the ground that resulted to bleeding and swelling.<br />
<br />
 After the incident, Daniel posted the video on his Instagram account. He said that he was confined in the hospital for 2 days but he’s still up to do it again and grateful that he is part of the show.<br />

He wrote: “In everything you do in life,always give your best!

Failures are part of it and we grow with it…i am very blessed that i am part of this amazing show and i can say i am a better performer today because of it.<br />

Unfortunately i had this accident during rehearsals but i chose to do it and i wanted to learn 🙂 a lot of people were asking what happened eheheheeh so this is what happened pero i am ok na and ready to do it again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

<b>MALACCA:</b> Three students on their way to take the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) were killed on the spot in a car crash near Taman Cheng Bestari here on Friday morning.<br />
<br />
Undergraduates Mohd Aiman Hakim Badrul Hisham, Nik Muhammad Sajirin Nik Hazairi and Mohd Shawal Abdul Razak, all 19, suffered severe head and body injuries in the 11.15am incident, police said.<br />
<br />
According to police, the students were travelling along Jalan Malim near the Alor Gajah-Melaka Tengah-Jasin (AMJ) Highway when Mohd Aiman reportedly lost control of the vehicle on the waterlogged road and veered into the oncoming lane.<br />
<br />
Their car collided with an oncoming car and turned turtle, Melaka Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Adzis Shaikh Abdullah said.<br />
<br />
He added that the victims were on their way from Cheng Height in Malim to Krubong when the accident occurred.<br />
<br />
The driver of the other car sustained a fractured left hand.<br />
<br />
It is learnt that a nearby CCTV camera recorded the accident. A passing lorry driver also handed over dashcam footage to the Fire and Rescue Department.<br />
<br />
Kubu Fire and Rescue Department operation chief K. Kalaiselvam said eight personnel rushed to the scene after receiving distress calls from passing motorists.<br />
<br />
Mohd Shawal's mother Marizon Wahab, 44, said her eldest son left the house at 10.30am.<br />
<br />
"He was eager to take the MUET but I never expected this to happen to him on the day he was suppose to sit for the examination," she said, choking back sobs.<br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Alay-lakad is an annual form of penitence that many Filipinos participate in to commemorate the passions of Jesus Christ.</span><br />
<br />
Many devotees from the neighboring cities of Antipolo gather to walk the long distance from Pasig to the church of Our Lady of Antipolo or Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage. Pilgrims are also out to seek blessings from the holy church as they endure the struggles on the road to Antipolo. <br />
<br />
Pilgrims who join the annual penitence argue that they wanted to experience the hardships of Jesus Christ before he died on the cross.<br />
<br />
The alay-lakad is their way of repenting from their sins and appreciating the sacred teachings of the holy bible.<br />
<br />
However, it seemed some devotees do not know the essence of alay-lakad anymore. With the recent post of a netizen, they did not expect that their annual penitence would turn into a tragic experience.<br />
<br />
Facebook user Rena Morales used her social media account to ask help from the public for her sister who was sent to a hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.<br />
<br />
According to Rena, they were joining the alay-lakad when their was involved in a street-fight. Unfortunately, Namie Morales became the casualty as an unidentified man who forcefully hit her head with a rock.<br />
<br />
This caused severe trauma to her skull and blood clot near her brain. Because of her critical condition, she has to undergo a medical surgery. Rena is asking for financial help as Namie’s operation costs more than<b> P100,000.</b><br />

While many netizens express their sympathy for the Morales family, many social media users are also expressing their disappointment as they deemed alay-lakad as a sacred practice.<br />

With what happened to Namie, they think that some young pilgrims are only present for the wrong reasons.<br />
They think that this tragic incident shows that not all devotees are embodying the teachings of the church. They also think that they are not sincere with their penitence.<br />
