'Kotong' traffic enforcer backs down when he noticed he was being recorded

ADS This video is causing wildfire among the netizens. The video was taken by a passenger of a taxi who was stopped by a traffic enforcer out of nowhere.



In the video, the traffic enforcer is yelling out to the driver. He was even slapping the driver now and then. The two did have some argument, as tension rises between them the driver then finally announces that he is being video recorded.

Suddenly, the enforcer changes mood instantly, he became polite and speaks in a tone and pleasant voice. The driver didn't have violations at all, that is according to the same traffic enforcer when he was asked. The last thing he said was he was just doing his job.
