Handcuffed suspect killed after trying to get a gun from an officer

ADS The number of suspects have quickly escalated during the first few weeks of Duterte's Administration. The PNP claims that they are forced to shoot criminals when they fight back and appear as threat, which is apparently acceptable by law an feigned as self-defense on the part of the cops. However, people are in doubt whether this is being fully followed or this has been abused.





A concerned netizen recently posted a video of a handcuffed man, lying dead on the ground in Buendia. The video showed how three cops with guns surrounded the man and kicked him despite of the fact that the man is uncapable of doing something because of the handcuffs.

Comment section of the video where netizens quickly responded to the assumptions of the man who have posted the video was right, he was killed. Cops reported that the man fought and play action-star when he tried to steal gun while inside the police vehicle and was shot leading to his death.

Questions arroused if the man really tried to get a gun or just a mere stories of abusive officers. Until investigation continues on this incident, it is unsafe to judge the incident.
