Two teenager girls have been arrested after they allegedly filmed themselves beating a woman to death in a Facebook Live video.
The Canadian teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were taken into police custody after a graphic video was shared on social media of a 19-year-old woman being killed.
The two teenagers have been charge with second-degree murder and have not been named due to their age.

The two girls allegedly shared footage of the beating of Serena McKay, 19, on their own social media page and via a private messaging app.
She was last seen by her family on April 23, and was found dead later that same day, the New York Daily News reports.
Reports suggest footage of the violent attack was streamed on the social media site for almost four hours before it was ordered to be taken down.

The Royal Canadian Police are investigating the incident after Serena was found dead in the Sagkeeng First Nation reserve near Winnipeg.
Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg announced earlier this week that the social media giant would be hiring 3,000 workers to review live videos after facing public backlash.
