In his Facebook account, a certain Val Santos Matubang posted three videos featuring Christian, Brian, and Andrew Lavares.
The triplets, who are a year and six months old, are thin despite their large heads and stomachs.
They were unclothed because according to the mother, who Matubang was speaking to in the video, they tend to wet their clothes.
The video has been viewed more than 49,000 times since it was posted last Thursday. It has received almost 2,000 shares.
Matubang posted a second video, which gave a glimpse of the Lavares family and home. Aside from the triplets, there were three other daughters residing in the house.
The third video featured an interview with the father, 38-year-old Praile Lavares.
The father of six revealed that he had no steady job, and that he earns P250 on the days he is able to find work. He helps out in farming, while his wife sells brooms.
Lavares said that many people have visited their home, wanting to adopt the triplets, but they refused.
According to a report in Unang Balita on Wednesday, the Lavares family did not get enough support from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Progam (4Ps).
The triplets have not received medical attention either, the report added.
However, many people have already reached out, wanting to help the family.
Among them is Matubang, who works with Kublihan Feeding Center, a non-profit organization that helps out malnourished children in poor families.
On Wednesday, Matubang posted photos showing the family receiving donations. They were given boxes of clothes, hardware and other materials to improve their home.
"Family na tinulungan po natin dahil sa hirap ng kalagayan sa buhay... Ilan lamang sila sa sinusuportan at tinulungan po natin," Matubang said.
