GOOD NEWS: Philippines wins arbitration case against China

ADS Philippines won the arbitration case over China. The Permanent Court of Arbitration of The Hague decided, China has no basis on claiming teritories under "nine-dash line."

On the unanimous ruling or award of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, five judges favored the Philippines when said that the China's historical 'nine-dash line' has no basis on International Law. More over, China violates law when they occupy an island which is beyond China's territoty.

The case were compared to the story in the bible, 'David and Golliath', where Philippines won against more powerful country like China on the claims for the territory in West-Philippine Sea.
