The advent of social media has made our lives easier in the terms of convenience. We acquired privileges such as easier business transactions and access to nearly free communication with loved ones even if they’re thousands of miles away.
On the flip side, given that social media has provided more laid-back access to wherever we want to communicate and whatever we want to see, it has become quite the center of our lives now. Day to day activities involve a huge amount of time scrolling up and down our feed, and worse, some of us aren’t following the social media mantra: ‘think before you click’.

One example was this woman who got caught by her husband cheating because of these pictures.
While on ‘business trip’, this woman took a few photos of herself to send to her husband. She flaunted her gorgeous, bikini-clad body, front and back. However, their conversation went sour when her husband saw something in her pictures.
The husband asked who was with her in the hotel room, to which she replied, “What are you talking about? I set my camera on a timer!” The husband wasn’t convinced but she kept on insisting she was alone and would never cheat on him. Well-played but too bad, what’s below the television stand serves as the evidence—a pair of men’s boots!
The last message of the conversation was from the husband, claiming that he’ll call a lawyer. Apparently, it wasn’t the first time as he said, “I can’t go through this again.”
Neither the identities of the wife and husband, nor the credibility of the story could be confirmed. But still, this should serve as a lesson to every social media nut out there, especially those who are taken. Cling from the words “think before you click” or perhaps, “think before you cheat”.
What can you say about this story? Do you think this is true? Do you know anyone who’s been in a similar predicament? Don’t hesitate to share it with us in the comments section below!
