Earlier in the night, the trio commanded attention on the Palais des Festivals red carpet earlier that evening, as they posed in a selection of show-stopping gowns.
They quickly swapped their stunning silk frocks for skinny jeans and summery tops instead as they danced the night away on their own private boat after the event.
Bella and Emily somewhat coordinated in bardot tops of mustard and monochrome stripe - which both flashing their delicate decolletages for all to see.
While the 20-year-old's yellow number hugged her slim figure and waist all the way down, Blurred Lines star Emily's version cut off below her bust - to leave her impressively toned stomach on show.
Clearly enjoying their time in the French Riviera, Emily was quick to share a number of videos of their dance party on Instagram.
In one clip, the sister of supermodel Gigi is even seen holding on to Emily's famously busty chest as they writhe against each other on the desk of the luxurious yacht.
Emily opts for a solo session by posting a video of herself strutting her stuff to Nicky Minaj.
She captioned the video: '@nickyminaj you the queen' with a crown emoji instead of the word queen.
Leaving their hair and make-up the same as earlier, the beauties still managed to show off their striking natural beauty and sense of glamour as they let their hair down after the star-studded Opening Gala.
Famously close friends as part of the new generation of models, Bella, Emily and Hailey had all stormed the carpet together for the first event of this year's Cannes Film Festival, now in its 70th year.
Emily had channeled her inner Audrey Hepburn with her silk champagne gown, paired with a vintage up-do, while Hailey added vibrancy to the carpet in a purple peplum number.
Bella meanwhile had stunned in a strapless pink gown with a daring thigh-high split - which soon worked against her when she accidentally flashed her nude lingerie underneath.
Despite taking the carpet by storm, the brunette recently admitted she has sleepless nights worrying about when her modelling career will end.
The fashionista told Compelo that she also finds her chosen line of work frightening as she has the power to influence so many young people.
She said: 'I want to enjoy the ride because you never know where the end is. That’s what really freaks me out and worries me at night when I’m going to sleep.'
Despite being a model and not an actress appearing at Cannes, the catwalk queen added that she rarely gets time off.
She said: 'When I’m really intense I will honestly work for four months straight and then I’ll have one weekend off and then I’ll go straight back to work.
'People think that in between I have so much time off but I only ever take two days off every two weeks, at the maximum.'
This year's Film Festival runs from May 17-28, and includes 49 films in total, two of which are produced by streaming service Netflix - Okja and The Meyerowitz Stories.
